Right now when you select the focus of an uploaded photo you click a box in a grid with no preview so you don't know how the photo will look until you save the changes and then scroll back to the block to see. This request would be to have the shape of what will be seen when saved over top of the uploaded photo that you can drag where you would like it. Just like when adding a new profile picture in slack.
